We recommend customers to test samples and confirm specifications, CAS numbers and performance before bulk orders.

Bulk goods are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund or exchange will only be approved if confirmed quality issues are caused by us.
Claims must be submitted within 7 working days after the goods are received, with photos and test evidence provided.
