1. Quotation
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material cost fluctuation.

2. Payment
We accept T/T, PayPal and other agreed payment methods. Deposit is required before production.

3. Lead Time
Sample lead time: 3–7 working days.
Bulk order lead time will be confirmed after deposit received.

4. Shipping
Shipping cost is not included in product price unless marked. We can arrange shipment or use your courier account.

5. Documents
MSDS, COA and other compliance certificates can be provided upon request.

6. Quality
We strictly check goods before shipment. If any quality problem occurs, please contact us within 7 days after receiving goods.

Our products are for cosmetic formulation only. Buyers shall be responsible for final formula compliance for their target market.
