Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) is a non-ionic cellulose ether for cosmetic use. It can build viscosity smoothly, stabilize cosmetic systems and prevent formula stratification. It brings good water retention, is skin-friendly and compatible in a wide pH range.
